Client Privacy Notice

In connection with providing legal services for clients, Capizola, Lapham & Fralinger, P.A. receives information about clients from client consultations and otherwise. This information may include a client’s address, social security number, assets and income, as well as information about the client’s transactions with us and others, such as the services for which the client retains our Law Firm and statements regarding a client’s investments from brokerage firms, mutual funds and banks, and tax returns and other records provided by the client or on the client’s behalf by the client’s accountant or financial advisor.

As attorneys, we treat all such information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose information about our clients, either during or after the client relationship with us has ended, to anyone, except as permitted by the rules of professional conduct or as required by law.

Of course, employees of our firm who work on client files need to access that information in connection with the provision of services to our clients. We also maintain safeguards to protect the information we maintain about our clients while it is in our possession.
